Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked. We are an online brand and our products ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. Orders are placed with the partner within 1–3 business days of payment. Estimated delivery: Wand 2–4 weeks to the UAE/GCC (faster to the US where US stock exists); Pro Mask 10–20 days; Tower 3–5 weeks by freight. Tracking is sent by email and WhatsApp. Lost parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date (the day tracking is issued) for the Wand and Pro Mask, or within 60 days of the ship date for the Tower, we send a free replacement or a full refund. Duties for destinations outside the UAE may be collected by the carrier. All estimates are confirmed per order.
Returns & refunds
Unopened items: you can return an unopened item in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorisation and return it to the address we provide; return shipping is paid by the customer. Opened items: we refund opened items only if they are defective. Faulty or damaged on arrival: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video and we replace or refund in full. Defects that appear later are covered by the warranty below. Lost parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date (the day tracking is issued) for the Wand and Pro Mask, or within 60 days of the ship date for the Tower, we send a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection (or once the lost-parcel window has passed). Tower: the deposit is refundable in full until the supplier order is placed; after that, non-recoverable supplier and freight costs are deducted. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Warranty
Wand and Pro Mask: 12 months against manufacturing defects. Tower: manufacturer warranty, terms stated on your invoice. Not covered: misuse, drops, water damage.
Terms of service
Seller: AVK International FZE (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE). Prices in USD; your card issuer may convert. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund. Governing law: UAE, courts of Sharjah (legal to confirm). Full terms to be reviewed by counsel.
Privacy policy
We collect the data needed to fulfil your order (name, address, phone, email) and share it only with our payment processor (Stripe) and fulfilment/shipping partners. With your consent we send marketing emails; unsubscribe any time. Contact us to access or delete your data. Aligned to UAE PDPL and GDPR (legal to confirm).
