Is this a medical device?
No. The Tower is sold for general wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor if you have a medical condition.
How does reserving work?
Book a 15-minute WhatsApp call. We send a company invoice from AVK International FZE. You pay a 65% deposit by bank transfer or Stripe invoice; we place the build order; you pay the balance when your delivery slot is confirmed.
Lead time?
Estimated 3–5 weeks door to door (build + freight + customs). We share the freight tracking number. If your Tower hasn't arrived within 60 days of the ship date (the day tracking is issued), we send a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel?
Full refund of the deposit until we place the supplier order (usually within 48 hours). After that, non-recoverable supplier and freight costs are deducted. Faulty on arrival: repaired, replaced or refunded.
